To help make the evening smooth and fun for everyone, here is the quick logistical scoop! If you want a full picnic meal, make sure to pre-purchase it ahead of time. Otherwise, you can bring your own favorite food and non-alcoholic drinks, or grab snacks and beverages right at the venue. We will have limited seating on hand, so feel free to pack your own blankets and lawn chairs to claim a cozy spot on the grass. Because on-site parking is tight and might involve a short walk, we highly recommend teaming up to carpool or riding your bike to the venue.
No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises. UTOG will have beer and wine available to buy at the event.
We have on-site parking at the botanical gardens and along the incoming roads, and it may be a short walk from where you park! If you want to skip the parking puzzle, we highly recommend cruising over on your bike or sharing a ride with friends. You can drop off a crew at the drop-off zone. Accessible ADA spots are also available right up front on a first-come, first-served basis!
Adventure doesn't stop for rain! We are moving forward rain or shine. In true outdoor fashion, we recommend checking the radar ahead of time so you can pack a jacket or an umbrella if Mother Nature decides to join the party.
We love pets, but they will need to sit this adventure out! Registered service animals are always welcome.
Absolutely! Cruise on over and look for the official bike corral brought to you by the Bike Collective. They have your two-wheeled parking covered.
You bet! Standard, reasonable-sized coolers are totally fine. Just leave the giant tailgate-sized monsters at home so there is plenty of room on the lawn for everyone.
