Event Details

To help make the evening smooth and fun for everyone, here is the quick logistical scoop! If you want a full picnic meal, make sure to pre-purchase it ahead of time. Otherwise, you can bring your own favorite food and non-alcoholic drinks, or grab snacks and beverages right at the venue. We will have limited seating on hand, so feel free to pack your own blankets and lawn chairs to claim a cozy spot on the grass. Because on-site parking is tight and might involve a short walk, we highly recommend teaming up to carpool or riding your bike to the venue.

Can I bring outside alcohol?

No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises. UTOG will have beer and wine available to buy at the event.

What's the parking situation?

We have on-site parking at the botanical gardens and along the incoming roads, and it may be a short walk from where you park! If you want to skip the parking puzzle, we highly recommend cruising over on your bike or sharing a ride with friends. You can drop off a crew at the drop-off zone. Accessible ADA spots are also available right up front on a first-come, first-served basis!

What if the weather decides not to play nice?

Adventure doesn't stop for rain! We are moving forward rain or shine. In true outdoor fashion, we recommend checking the radar ahead of time so you can pack a jacket or an umbrella if Mother Nature decides to join the party.
